Was issued new cards, went today to workout 7/5 around 7:00pm Swipe card to enter door was asked by Manager to swipe at desk Ooh she said you are not I. The system I'm what we were issue new cards recently she advised well you are not in system I showed her my Checking account where the fees were withdrawn Well I still can't let you workout I contacted ABC financial they provided her my membership number and advised her that I have been a member in good standing since 2003 She responded I still can't find you in the system I am totally frustrated with the poor service received This location seems to change management frequently and poor record keeping This Manager was.very smart mouthed not customer focused at all suggested that the cards we were issued were not logic and employees have been fired for doing so, At this point I am very frustrated as she has proof of my membership Unresolved Poor Service and Record keeping do not become a member at the Smyrna Location off Highland Park
