If you have a membership here and wish to upgrade your membership, you will have to pay a processing fee in addition to the new membership rate. If you try to cancel your membership they punish you by telling you that you must come into the facility.

Once you arrive they give you a form to fill out. After you've completed the form they give it back to you and then tell you to go on-line to officially cancel your membership. To make matters worst they will not cancel your membership immediately .

You have to pay 2 more times before it's canceled. The owners are more concerned about getting your automatic draft than keeping up the gym and making it more appealing to their members.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $200.
