They require a letter to be sent in and a months notice. In other words, what is a simple unsubscribe button or phone call with 99% of other companies that immediately takes effect, they suck another months work of fees out of you and then charge $68 for the contract agreement to close it out, and don't even call it a cancellation fee.

It was difficult reaching an associate and once I did I was provided with an email I could send the cancellation to instead of doing it by mail, however she informed me very upfront that none of the fees can be waived.

Who knew having your work hours change and needing to cancel a membership would cause you to lose $98.

Here's that email by the way if anyone wants to save their time.
